Time for another Adventure. I am heading back to Limestone; this time with an unlikely passenger.
While I loved the views that Limestone had to offerup last year; I wasn’t to thrilled by the easy route we took. This year, I am going to take the path WAY less travelled to Limestone Mountain. The path i have chosen starts out at the base of Marble Mountain and takes the backdoor to Limestone. This is not an easy route, and I have heard it referred to as Alberta’s answer to BC’s Whipsaw Trail.
These are big shoes to fill, will this route live up to the hype; or even my expecations of it all? If it is anything like Whipsaw, this will be the most challenging trail I have ever done…
…and I will be doing this run SOLO!
