I tagged along with a group that was headed to Margaret Lake, which is located in the ever popular Ghost PLUZ. I had been here before, but in the summer. Never in the winter. Ghost is NOT known for its difficult trails; it’s really turned into a training ground for new wheelers; given that I’m looking for more challenging trails I have almost been avoiding this entire area. That being said, there are a ton of places to go in the Ghost region; and I knew the hills leading to Margaret Lake would be a challenge.
So I packed my gear (no tire chains), some snacks, my unwilling participant and we hit the road searching for another adventrue.
